We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your hayroute.com subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team and we'll help you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing link in your account, which opens Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing.
