1. Who we are

hayroute.com is operated by Creative Group Holdings LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you are entering into an agreement with Creative Group Holdings LLC. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. The service

hayroute.com is a planning tool that maps US hay producers and hay consumers (cattle and horse operations), calculates indicative trucking distances, delivered cost per ton and margin, and lists candidate backhaul loads for return trips toward Ohio. Tonnage, pricing and contact information in the directory are gathered from public sources and reasonable estimates; they are not quotes, offers, or verified representations from the listed companies. You are responsible for confirming all details directly with any producer, buyer, or carrier before committing to a load.

3. Accounts

You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Introducing malware, probing, or interfering with the service's security
• Scraping or bulk-extracting directory data by automated means
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service or its data
• Circumventing technical limits of your plan

5. License and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you select. We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, branding, and the compiled directory. Content you add (your own producers, buyers, hauls, and notes) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

6. Subscriptions, payment, and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly after a 10-day free trial. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our payment provider — please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Route distances, rates, and margins are planning estimates, not commitments.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for losses arising from decisions made based on directory or routing information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law requires otherwise.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your account data may be deleted after a reasonable period; contact us first if you need an export.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Ohio. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
